Updates from the 2023 HOA Meeting
We recently held our 2023 HOA Meeting on January 10th. There were several updates for those who were unable to attend.
Dues are increasing to $70 annually.
Due to the negligence of AAA waste disposal HOA members may now use Ted’s Trash service.
Planned Activities remain the Spring and Fall garage sales. If you would like to see further activities or have ideas please email Jim Strahl so he can bring them up in a board meeting
An election was held to retain Jim Merrill as a board member.
A Facebook group was created for the HOA and a webmaster was designated to get the website up and running again.
This website is still in its infancy and does not have all of the information filled out yet. If you would like to offer ideas or things to help keep this website informative and helpful to the community please head to the Facebook group and leave any comments there.
